While we know change can be frustrating, we want to be transparent about a few upcoming adjustments to your membership.
As part of these updates, your monthly unlimited membership price will increase to better align with current on-site pricing.
The updated price will take effect beginning with your next billing cycle on or after June 1, 2026. This update applies only to the monthly price of your membership. All other membership terms remain unchanged.
When the new owners acquired these locations, we inherited a wide range of legacy pricing that no longer reflects today’s operating costs. This adjustment is driven by:
Rising costs to operate and maintain our sites
The need to invest in equipment, systems, and reliability
Ongoing improvements to staffing, training, and customer support
While some locations are still in the process of improvement, this change allows us to continue investing in the upgrades needed to deliver a more consistent, dependable experience over time.
Your membership remains active
You still receive unlimited washes
There are no contracts or long-term commitments
You can manage or cancel your membership at any time
No action is required from you to keep your membership active.
If you would prefer not to continue your membership at the updated price, you may cancel before your next billing date.
