Our vehicle clearance is 7’2” and our tunnels support a tire width of up to 13.5 inches with a vehicle size up to 85 inches wide. To ensure a safe wash process, we cannot wash vehicles with dual wheels.
The plans will not auto-renew after their predetermined length. You can swing by the wash at any time and renew on a monthly recurring plan or buy a new prepaid membership!
Yes, monthly unlimited plans renew automatically each month on the anniversary of sign-up.
Cancellation requests can be submitted using the form at go.take5.com/manage. Cancellation requests must be received at least seven (7) days prior to the next billing date, otherwise you will be charged for that month and the cancellation will be effective on the following billing date. The plan will remain in effect for full calendar month, and no refunds or credits will be given for partial periods.
There is a 5-car minimum to qualify for the fleet program.
